Patrick Roux
was born in Marseille, France in 1962 and came to Canada in 1967. He
began studying music at the Conservatoire de Musique du Québec
in Hull under Jean Valières, where he was unanimously awarded
first prize in 1984. A bursary from the Arts Council of Canada enabled
Patrick to study with David Russel in London, England. Since 1990, his
passion has been composition, and his orks have been published by Les
Productions d'Oz.
